Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Milton, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, three nights per week, contract position

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status.
• Manage ventilator support, vasoactive and sedation titration, and post-STEMI care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and document patient progress accurately.
• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow established safety procedures, including ECG/telemetry tests and medication management.

Required Qualifications:

• Active MA nursing license.
• CPR-AHA certification.
• ACLS-AHA certification.
• Epic experience is required.
• Ability to pass ECG/telemetry tests, medication tests, and other assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience in telemetry or ICU settings.
• Experience with ventilator management, dysrhythmia recognition, and management.
• CCRN certification is a plus.
