• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to adult patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize dysrhythmias, ensuring timely intervention.
• Manage ventilator support, vasoactive medications, and sedation titration as needed.
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and post-STEMI care.
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety during night shifts.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts nursing license.
• CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications.
• Epic experience is required.
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, and cardiac dysrhythmia recognition.
• Ability to pass/fail ECG, telemetry, and medication tests during orientation on day one.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2-3 years of telemetry nursing experience.
• CCRN certification is a plus.

Additional Details

• Shift start date: November 25 or December.
• No local travelers or residents within 50 miles of the facility accepted.
• No time off will be considered during this 8-week contract.
• Orientation occurs once a month; candidates must pass required tests on day one.
• Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly, excluding on-call time.
