Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensing as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a therapy or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
