Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Intermediate Care (IMC), and Stepdown units.
• Float between units within the organization as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.
• Monitor and respond to patient vital signs and condition changes.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or Med-Surg experience.
• Epic electronic medical record experience.
• Ability to float seamlessly between units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
