Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy support to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients within a hospital setting.
• Operate and monitor respiratory equipment including ventilators, ABG analyzers, and invasive monitoring devices.
• Support critical care units, including NICU, ER, and general patient floors, as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Flexibly support hospital units on nights and work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Float across hospital units as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Valid respiratory therapy license on file.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• EPIC electronic medical record system experience within the past 2 years.
• Experience with neonatal/pediatric populations or exposure preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend and support flexible scheduling.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or hospital float experience.
• Familiarity with Puritan Bennett ventilators (980 & 840), LTV1200.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clinical adaptability.
