• Full-time, days, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized rehabilitation treatment plans for patients in accordance with regulatory standards and physician directives.
• Administer physical therapy treatments in outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed settings, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care, adjust treatment plans, and discuss patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and supportive exercises.
• Maintain accurate patient records, billing documentation, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure department and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or higher (required).
• Current and valid Nebraska Physical Therapy License or Physical Therapy-PT Compact Licensure.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Motor coordination, strength, and physical ability to perform job duties.
• Must be designated as a Registered Physical Therapist by the State Board of Medical Registration and Examination.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in physical therapy, especially in outpatient orthopedics.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
