• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• 12-hour night shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in an Intermediate Care/PCU/Stepdown unit with high acuity needs
• Monitor patient conditions and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy, and manage infusion protocols
• Assist with advanced procedures such as central line care, PICC line management, and wound care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU, PCU, or stepdown experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Experience interpreting dysrhythmias and managing cardiac drips
• Ability to float within units of equal or lower acuity as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and monitoring
• Experience with external ventilator management (e.g., CPAP/BIPAP, HFNC)
• Strong skills in IV therapy, blood product administration, and invasive line management
