Job Title

• X-ray / Radiology Technician

Schedule / Job Type

• Days shift, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiological procedures, including X-rays, for patients in a Short Term Acute Care hospital setting
• Float between units as needed to support various departments
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain quality standards during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely patient care
• Maintain proper documentation and use of hospital charting system (Epic)

Required Qualifications

• Valid X-ray/Radiologic Technologist license or certification
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts and weekends as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital setting, particularly in acute care or similar environments
• Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
• Certification in additional imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI) is a plus
