• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 nights per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy for pediatric patients in a busy hospital setting during night shifts.
• Provide care in pediatric units, including ED and PICU, with floating to other pediatric units when necessary.
• Adhere to established protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive respiratory care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all hospital and departmental policies.
• Support EPIC electronic medical record documentation and possess necessary certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential; CRT not accepted.
• Minimum of ED and PICU experience.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible floating to different pediatric units.
• Must test negative for nicotine.
• Dependable with excellent attendance; avoid more than 3 call-offs in a 13-week period.
• Must be able to work holidays as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric respiratory therapy experience in a hospital setting.
• Healthcare certifications such as NPS are a plus.
