Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized ICU patient care following established protocols and standards
- Manage patient assessments, treatments, and monitoring during night shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license (must be in hand prior to start date)
- Minimum of 18 months ICU experience
- ACLS and BCLS certifications required; NIH preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (4x12-hour shifts)
- Must have two supervisor references
- Willingness to float within hospital or to affiliate facilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Certification in specialty areas as required by unit
- Experience with complex patient cases in critical care environments
