Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Walla Walla, WA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, nights and days combined

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a Level III trauma center
• Float between units as needed, managing patient care efficiently across various departments
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic charting system
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during high-pressure emergency situations
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and shift requirements

Required Qualifications
• Valid State of Washington or Compact Registered Nurse license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current Allied health license (if applicable)
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of relevant experience within the past three years
• Ability to work 12-hour night and day shifts on a rotating schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in emergency room or trauma center settings
• Comfort with working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system
• Flexible and adaptable to float across units as needed
