Contract, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 4 nights per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, including critical care and telemetry.
• Administer conscious sedation, ventilator management, and monitor telemetry devices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:4-6.
• Float between units as needed and participate in scheduled and open shift rotations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid WV or Compact RN license (pending license acceptance may be considered).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital or applicable setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Experience with conscious sedation, telemetry, and ventilator management.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and adhere to strict schedule requirements.
• Current Covid-19 vaccination status and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with critical care or Medical Surgical units.
• Strong telemetry and vent management skills.
• Previous travel or floating experience preferred.
