Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry setting
- Float within units of equivalent or lower levels of acuity as needed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while managing patient ratios of 1:4-5
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and use electronic health record systems effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing role
- Current BCLS certification
- Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Valid compact or state nursing license (Ohio license required upon submission)
- Experience with electronic health records, preferably EPIC system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with EPIC electronic health record system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
