Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Exeter, NH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 10-bed ICU setting.
• Manage medical emergencies, post-surgical care, respiratory failure, sepsis, and other critical conditions.
• Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, and specialty teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and stabilize pediatric patients when necessary, including early intervention and transfer coordination.
• Utilize tele-neurology services for stroke management as part of the hospital’s Primary Stroke Center certification.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including every third weekend.
• Bilingual or additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience managing adult critically ill patients in a community hospital ICU.
• Familiarity with stroke protocols and telemedicine procedures.
• Previous experience working with pediatric critical care in an ICU setting.
