Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, following hospital protocols and standards.
• Float to other campuses (Bucyrus and Galion) as needed to maintain staffing levels.
• Administer medications, including medication scanning, and monitor patient progress.
• Adhere to staffing ratios and document care accurately.
• Comply with travel and time-off policies, including minimal RTO and submission of time-off requests.
• Follow safety protocols, including working in a smoke-free environment and on-call procedures if assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent, consecutive experience in Medical Surgical nursing in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Valid state RN license (pending licenses not accepted).
• Knowledge of medication scanning procedures.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to float between multiple campuses.
• Willingness to work night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and participate in required modules.
• Must comply with travel and RTO policies, including no holiday time off (12/20/2025 – 1/4/2026).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Epic experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working across multiple facilities or modules recorded via HealthStream.
