Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care within a Medical Surgical unit.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
- Float to multiple campuses as needed, including Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion.
- Complete required pre-start modules through HealthStream.
- Adhere to travel and on-call policies, including arriving within one hour when on call.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols in a smoke-free facility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent, continuous Medical Surgical experience.
- Valid state nursing license (pending licenses not accepted).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to float to all campuses and work as part of a dynamic team.
- Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, with call-in availability as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Epic EMR experience.
- Experience working in multiple hospital campuses.
- Comfort working in a smoke-free environment.
