Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, rotating schedule (Wednesday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist during surgical procedures by preparing instruments and maintaining sterile environments
- Support surgical teams with equipment setup and patient care protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of surgical activities and supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient surgical operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech within the specialty
- Current BLS certification
- Surgical Tech Certification (preferred)
- Ability to work 1 major holiday (Christmas or New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or surgical center setting
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and sterile processing procedures
