Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a medical-surgical setting, following established policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond to patient needs promptly, ensuring safety and comfort
- Document all patient interactions and treatments in compliance with hospital standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
