Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hospital operations during night shifts to ensure quality patient care and safety.
- Manage staffing levels effectively within the clinical departments.
- Handle staff, patient, family, or medical staff concerns with intervention skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain smooth hospital functions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
- Facilitate communication between departments to support seamless care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Washington State.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 4 years recent clinical nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a nursing environment (at least 1 year).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Capacity to quickly adapt to changing clinical situations.
