Key Responsibilities
• Provide care to acutely and critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
• Perform complex patient assessments to monitor ongoing health status.
• Coordinate care among interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Manage continuous patient monitoring in a highly technical environment.
• Ensure adherence to patient care plans and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
• Current Montana license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS or equivalent pediatric training.
• ICU or Critical Care experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support certifications.
• Experience in a high-acuity critical care environment.
• Strong assessment and patient management skills.
