Location: Charlottesville, VA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients within a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform clinical reviews and coordinate auto-offers based on clinical pass status.
• Call and communicate with management post-offer to confirm placement.
• Work in a children's hospital environment, supporting neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and compliance standards, including travel and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid State License in Respiratory Therapy (pending licenses accepted if in-hand at time of submission).
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
• Must have at least Level 4 NICU experience.
• Willingness to work 13-week assignments with potential for telephonic and on-site collaboration.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Cardiac PICU experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting systems.
• Ability to float within scope of practice as needed.
