Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
- Knowledge of post-acute care procedures and protocols
- Bilingual abilities a plus
