Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, outpatient/clinic setting, 13-week to 26-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Support a patient-centered care model with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Maintain productivity between 55-63 patients per week.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure excellent patient care.
• Utilize Raintree electronic medical records system to document patient interactions.
• Work approximately 10.5-hour shifts, with flexibility for open to days and some evenings until 7:30 PM.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least two evenings per week.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient clinics or similar settings.
• Ability to adapt to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
