Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 36 hours/week, rotating weekends and holidays, float support as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including those with COPD, pneumonia, respiratory failure, CHF, GI disorders, cardiac issues, ventilator dependency, ETOH withdrawal, and kidney disease
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic charting system
- Support float areas within acuity-based needs
- Assist with procedures such as endobronchial valve replacement, chest tubes, feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and vents
Required Qualifications
- Active DE or Compact RN license in hand
- Valid RN license number with expiration date
- Current certifications with expiration dates
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown or similar specialty
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Full SSN and DOB for onboarding
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with complex respiratory and cardiac patient care
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system
- Ability to handle acuity and support float assignments within multiple areas
