Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

• Mission Viejo, CA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients in a busy acute care environment
• Float within the hospital and to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, ensuring safety and compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient conditions and interventions accurately in electronic health records (Epic)
• Assist in maintaining hospital standards and quality of care
Required Qualifications
• Valid California RN license in hand (no temp licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Ability to work weekends, including every other weekend, with flexibility to exceed based on unit needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a multi-unit hospital setting, with ability to float between ICU and related units
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system
