Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in a wide variety of surgical cases, including Total Joints, Breast, Plastics, Rhinoplasty, Laparoscopic and Robotic General, Urology, and GYN.
• Collaborate with Surgical Assistants, PAs, and other team members to ensure smooth surgical operations.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, including Stryker, Arthrex, Synthes, and Depuy systems.
• Support staffing needs and demonstrate flexibility by floating within the hospital as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist First Assistant (CSTFA)
• BLS certification
• NBSTSA certification or CSFA credential
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technology experience
• Valid Maryland or Compact State license
• References available upon request

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties and equipment systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Willingness to float within hospital departments and assist in multiple surgical areas
