Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 3 days per week, 12-hour day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical/telemetry patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform assessments in accordance with nursing standards
- Use clinical systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for medication dispensing and documentation
- Respond to patient needs promptly and document interventions accurately
- Float to different units as needed, based on patient census and skill set
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital environment
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a valid compact license
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Experience with IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Ability to pass EKG testing prior to onboarding
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS and NIH certifications are a plus
- Prior experience working in a hospital with electronic medical records (EPIC)
- Comfortable with float assignments and working across multiple units
