• Full-time, on days shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations in a clinical setting.
• Conduct assessments including fall risk evaluations and various orthopedic and neuro evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing non-surgical interventions for conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain, fractures, and more.
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Maintain a caseload of 55+ patients weekly, aiming for a minimum of 11 visits per day.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in case management and performing evaluations such as fall risk assessments.
• Proficiency with orthopedic conditions and neuro-related diagnoses including concussion and Parkinson’s Disease.
• Ability to use productivity tools and adhere to clinic standards for documentation and patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1+ years of clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with NextGen EHR system.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload effectively.
