Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
• Manage an average caseload of 10-14 patients using electronic health records.
• Perform evaluations and assessments, including fall risk and orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for various conditions such as post-operative care, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological impairments, and chronic diseases.
• Utilize applicable clinical skills including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Document patient progress and coordinate care according to facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neuro, and cardiovascular rehabilitation.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR), preferably NextGen.
• Ability to perform assessments like fall risk and postural evaluation.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Past experience with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Interest in potential contractual extension or conversion to permanent employment.
