Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Manage a caseload of 25 active patients, conducting 8-10 visits per day
• Utilize NextGen EHR for documentation and patient management
• Perform assessments such as fall risk screening and develop individualized care plans
• Implement clinical interventions for conditions such as orthopedics, post-operative care, and wellness management

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred; open to new graduates with a reduced bill rate
• Strong skills in case management, evaluation, and assessment techniques
• Experience with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency in managing complex cases such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repair, and spinal dysfunctions
• Knowledge of conditions including osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and post-operative care
• Ability to work effectively within productivity expectations and interdisciplinary teams
