Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in setting and implementing treatment plans
- Ability to work standard 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation and adherence to schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills

- Equipment will be provided during interviews
- Parking and dress code details will be provided on the first day
- This position involves credentialing requirements and is billed weekly; OT is at 1.5x rate.
