Full-time, Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage patients with complex conditions such as renal failure, cardiac issues, and respiratory needs, utilizing telemetry and dysrhythmia management skills.
• Administer IV medications, including insulin, heparin, and blood products, following protocol.
• Monitor and operate Vasoactive drips, perform wound care, and manage airway devices (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen).
• Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams and utilize critical thinking to respond to patient emergencies.
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC and ensure compliance with all protocols and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state or compact RN license in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in emergency or acute care settings.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.
• Experience with telemetry, dysrhythmia management, Vasoactive drips, and invasive airway management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an ER, ICU, or PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Strong knowledge of IV protocols, blood product administration, and wound care.
