Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy assistance to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising therapist.
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals through proper therapeutic techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience working as a PTA preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
