Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, days shift, 4 days a week, 10 hours per day

Key Responsibilities
• Process and sterilize all OR and departmental instrumentation
• Clean and test sterilizers daily to ensure proper functioning
• Prepare pre-packaged instruments for specific medical procedures
• Set up case carts for operating room cases
• Assist in maintaining the sterile processing department and support surgical team needs

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a sterile processing technician preferred
• Knowledge of hospital instruments and sterilization procedures preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to varying start times and shift schedules

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in sterile processing or hospital setting
• Familiarity with sterilization equipment and infection control protocols
