Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Float to Med-Surg units as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient information accurately using Meditech 6.0 EMR system.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with ACLS and BLS certification standards.
- Participate in on-call duties, including 24-hour call shifts.
- Follow scheduling guidelines, including up to 3 days off per contract and limited RTO requests.
Required Qualifications
- Current ICU nursing license.
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg units.
- Experience with Meditech 6.0 EMR preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in ICU or critical care.
- Flexibility to accommodate call shifts and variable schedules.
