Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute inpatient physical therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized plans of care
• Administer treatments for patients with various diagnoses
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and progress
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal communication skills

Required Qualifications

• Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Inpatient physical therapy experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in acute inpatient settings
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Additional Notes

• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift, every other weekend required
• Orientation scheduled biweekly (e.g., 01/15, 01/29, 02/12)
• No local travelers (must reside beyond 50 miles from the facility)
• Candidates should be separated from a similar facility for at least six months if previously employed there
• Guaranteed 72 hours every two weeks, excluding on-call hours
