Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Collaborate with medical team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
- Document patient assessments and care activities accurately.
- Floating to alternate facility as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current or pending RN license in Massachusetts.
- At least 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Able to pass a day one pass/fail test upon arrival at orientation.
- Willing to float to additional facility as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working within Boston-area health systems.
- Familiarity with Relias testing and onboarding procedures.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts confidently.
