Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract, nights shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units within a hospital setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical needs promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records according to hospital protocols
• Ensure compliance with all safety and compliance standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts nursing license at the time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience in travel and trauma units
• Experience in similar hospital settings, including ICU/PCU/Stepdown
• Flu vaccination required prior to start; no religious exemptions considered
• Must have been separated from the employing hospital for 6+ months to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in high-acuity, trauma, or emergency hospital environments
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex patient cases in fast-paced settings
