Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure sterility for infection control by decontaminating, reprocessing, and sterilizing reusable instruments and devices.
- Wash and reprocess used instruments, ensuring all instruments in sets are complete and accounted for.
- Track loaner instruments, reprocess for scheduled surgeries, and return to procedure areas.
- Maintain up-to-date Instructions for Use (IFU) for proper care and handling of equipment and instruments.
- Communicate across departments to ensure availability of necessary instruments and equipment.
- Maintain accurate sterilizer records, load logs, air flow records, and cleaning documentation in compliance with Joint Commission standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sterile Processing Certification.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Ability to perform with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with patient care supplies and equipment within materials management, surgery, or patient care settings.
