• Full-time, Contract, Onsite, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting with a typical 3x12 night shift schedule.
• Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:4, with flexibility to 1:5 in emergencies.
• Monitor telemetry, start IVs, and handle other unit-specific nursing skills.
• Read and interpret cardiac strips to assess patient status.
• Document all patient interactions accurately using Cerner EMR.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (WV or Compact license; pending license acceptable).
• Minimum of 1.5-2+ years of recent hospital RN experience.
• 1 year of experience in telemetry and stepdown units.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification via American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips.
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
