Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized emergency care to patients in the ER setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and hospital protocols.
• Document patient care and treatment thoroughly and accurately.
• Float within hospital departments as required to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PA license or Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI/CCM.
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster status required.
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Pass health screening and background checks per hospital policy.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with patient ratios of approximately 4-5:1.
• References from current or previous supervisors.
• Flexibility to float within the hospital.
• Familiarity with hospital documentation modules (non-billable).
