Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend.
• Float to various units such as ED holds, inpatient units, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
• Adhere to patient care protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

Required Qualifications
• BLS - AHA certification
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or eligible.
• Epic experience is required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Must have at least 6 months of recent RN experience.
• Pending or recent ACLS - AHA and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
• Level 1 trauma experience is preferred; prior travel experience is necessary if no trauma background.
• BILH separation of at least 6 months (for perm, per diem, and contract).

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center.
• Flexibility to float and adapt to various hospital units.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
