Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualized physical therapy treatment plans to patients
• Conduct patient assessments and progress evaluations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Follow departmental protocols and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with patient rehabilitation
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques
