Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Support surgical staff with instrument preparation and sterilization
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the surgical environment
- Follow all industry standards and facility policies during procedures
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure efficient workflow
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and behavior management
- Minimum of 1 year of IDD experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- Willingness to float between different homes and shifts as needed
- Completion of a mandatory 80-hour training orientation (2 full 40-hour weeks)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in behavioral management and patient support
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and locations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
