Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, including post-op and athletic cases.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic workflow.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other locations as a float therapist across several facilities.
• Ensure compliance with treatment plans and documentation standards.
• Attend to patients with active, post-operative, athletic, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state of Colorado Physical Therapist license or current application with confirmation.
• Ability to work full-time days, up to 40 hours per week.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Must not be a new graduate; first-time travelers are welcomed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient therapy experience, particularly with post-op and athletic populations.
• Comfortable with high patient volume and double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations including Castle Rock East, Parker, and Lone Tree.
