Schedule / Job Type

• Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, contract, 8-week assignment, weekly start dates

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient telemetry nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Float to various units including ED holds, inpatient units, PACU, and other boarding areas as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS (preferred), and NIHSS (preferred).
• Complete day-one pass/fail testing and participate in orientation.
• Follow patient ratios of 1:3 to 1:5, maintaining quality care standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Epic electronic health record systems experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Ability to pass day-one testing.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS and NIHSS certifications (preferred).
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center (required if no prior travel experience).
• Prior telemetry and float nursing experience.
• IV insertion skills.
