Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical Surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Adhere to patient care protocols and safety standards, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatments and discharge planning.
• Float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as needed, with flexibility for self-scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatments, and responses.
• Support patient advocacy and deliver compassionate care during assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a rapid-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• BILH coversheet required at submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with telemetry units or telehealth environments preferred.
• Prior experience with self-scheduling systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
