Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the ICU and IMCU settings, floating between units as needed
• Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
• Adhere to hospital protocols, policies, and safety regulations
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Work 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations, as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU or similar critical care experience
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (EPIC preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting, covering ICU and IMCU units
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Flexible and adaptable to shift changes and unit needs
