• Full-time, Contract, 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care nursing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
• Float between ICU and IMCU as required, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient conditions and interventions accurately using electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist in critical situations.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or similar setting.
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, specifically EPIC.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a rotating schedule, including days and nights.

• Experience working in a hospital with a busy ICU environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and emergency situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
