Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit during night shifts.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Float to additional assigned facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license, or pending license accepted at submission.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- EPIC electronic health record experience required.
- Successful passing of a pass/fail test upon orientation start.
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in telemetry.
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and float to other locations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Relias testing during onboarding.
- Familiarity with on-call procedures.
